Step One:
Please check with us first on the availability of the merchandise
listed here. Most
of these items are in very limited supply and most are out of print or
hard to find. Simply fill out the Grateful Fred Merchandise Request
Form by clicking on the button here :
Payment Information:
We accept checks, money orders and all
major credit cards as well as payment with PayPal and instant checking
through CheckMan (Please ask for details from Grateful Fred about using
CheckMan or PayPal). Checks and money orders should be made payable to
Grateful Fred Music. All payment MUST be in US Funds. (SEE ORDER FORM
FOR MORE PAYMENT INFORMATION)
Delivery Information:
We strive for fast service! Most orders
will be sent within 48 hours. Most US orders will be shipped First
Class or Special Standard USPS Rate, unless faster service is requested.
If you would like UPS, Federal Express, or any other services, please ask!
Foreign Orders:
Foreign customers, please contact us for
shipping rates. You can contact us by phone, fax, mail or email.
Let us know what you would like to order, and we will let you know what
items are still available and your shipping/handling costs. Please indicate
whether you would like surface mail, airmail,
or any other shipping service. We will be glad to hold items
longer than the usual 10 days, but please be serious about your requests!
Tax Information:
No tax is required UNLESS
you live in Tennessee! Then, please include 8.25% sales tax.
Order Information:
After you receive confirmation from us
that the merchandise you would like to order is available, simply send
in your order form with proper payment. We hold items for 10 days
but prefer you send in payment right away. PLEASE, if you
change your mind about purchasing something, email us or call us and CANCEL
your order. If you need additional time, please ask, and we will try to
accomodate you. If you order something that is out of stock, we will
send a credit or a refund. We suggest you list a couple of substitutes
and tell us whether you would prefer a refund or a credit. (See Order Form)
Return Information:
Please if you are unsatisfied with anything,
contact us. We want you to be happy, and we will do everything we can to
keep you as a satisfied customer. If there are ANY problems,
simply let us know. Please be aware of the grading system and what you
paid for the item.
Questions:
If you have any questions about anything
such as what songs are on the recording, style of music or anything else,
contact us anytime. If you would like to talk to a human being, try telephoning
between 7:00-12:00 p.m. Central Time. Please don't just leave your name
and telephone number. Please leave a detailed message with your question
and your telephone number and someone will be glad to return your call
as soon as possible. I'm sorry, but if you are just asking about the availability
of something and we do not have it, we cannot return your telephone call.
We will call you, however, when/if we locate it. It gets expensive returning
call just to say we don't have something. We hope you understand. If you
email us, we will let you know by email.
To Receive A Printed Copy of Our Catalog:
Our printed catalog is offered free once
to anyone desiring it! We only ask that you show an interest to continue
receiving it. There is no minimum purchase ever required! If you
don't see anything in this catalog but would like to continue receiving
it, just email or telephone us and let us know. If we do not see
any interest, we will discontinue sending it. We will send out a new catalog
approximately every two months. However, our
web site is updated regularly!
