Buster and Babs pose for a portrait together. I was jus' trying to be cute, and maybe a little bit romantic. Hope you bunny fans out there enjoy it!

Image B: Babs by Gogo by Garrett Gilchrist, current e-mail unknown.
Kevin called me up to do this and I frankly didn't have a clue what he was talking about. But there, I did a silly little drawing in pen and watercolor, and I think it came out okay. Of course I didn't follow any known sort of style guide for it, I just tried to figure out how Babs'd look in my own style, as scary a prospect as that sounds. Kind of odd, but looks good on paper. No particular reason for using Babs except that I happen to think she's more fun to draw than Buster. I was very tempted to put her in a Princess Leia suit with a huge banner just saying "READ STAR WARNERS." But I didn't want to piss off Dot. Her and Babs have been on bad terms lately, you know. When Kevin asked us artists to do these I firgured that the most done characters would be Buster and Babs and decided right away to do Plucky and Shirley. Here the pair are with some of the props they'll be using in my TTAnime story. And also Shirl's aura just had to put her "two cents" in.

I did them because I was thinking in a quick way. I thought that it was going
to be released quickly, but it wasn't. I also wanted to not draw the same characters that I always do. I used my method of scantexture for Fifi's dress, and some spray paint on Hamton. In this one, I can't use a rendered background because it would not look good pasted on a white surface,and I was in a hurry on that day.

This picture of Babs and Buster was hand drawn and inked, and computer colored. Went through a bit to get here, including water from the water pipes leaking all over them one night! They're actually two seperate images, of which eventually I'll put the full sized ones up on my web page after this group one has been out. Enjoy!
