The Silverbanks are a coral reef, which is located about 80 miles off the coast of the Dominican Repulic. Each year from January to April several hundred Humpback Whales gather here.
I made the following fotos during a one week tour abord the Wind Dancer (left). In this sanctuary, only snorkeling with the whales is allowed, no scuba diving.
