Rika Once upon a time, there was a Flygon, who saw herself less significant than others. Because she was an albino, her species shunned her for it. Instead of ignoring the mocking and teasing, she took it very personally. One day the taunting got so bad that Rika decided to leave the village of her kin. Not knowing where she would go, she made up her mind to head south. After a few minutes of walking her legs began to ache, to give her weary legs a rest, she decided to fly instead of walk. As she was flying, a silver glint in a tree immediately caught her eye. Thinking it could be another albino pokemon like her, she quickly flew down and landed on one of the tree's branches. What she found in the tree puzzled her, a basket full of red and white spheres. The only possible thing the odd spheres could be in Rika's mind, was a new kind of berry. As she reached out to grab one, she was instantly sucked into the strange orb. As she was inside the ball, she heard weird voices outside. "Yes! I told you a pokemon would touch one of the pokeballs sooner or later Mightyena!" A dog pokemon with black, shaggy fur, nodded at the person who spoke. "Alright, lets see what I caught!" Rika was released from her pokeball and instantly met the gaze of a creature with peach skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. Her family had called these creatures humans as far as she could remember. After two minutes of silence, the human finally spoke. "You're... not like other Flygons are you?" Rika, thinking that the human and his pokemon were going to make fun of her, bowed her head and closed her eyes. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you." The human said while patting Rika softly on her head. She had never received such kind words or love before from anyone, including her family. "By the way, my name is Andrew, and this is my pal Mightyena." Andrew said pointing towards a dog/hyena pokemon with ruby red eyes. "Of course... you could be my pal too if you want to join us." These words set a bright flame in Rika's heart, she cried and flew wide arcs in the sky out of complete happiness. And so, Rika went from the outcast of her species, to a happy, carefree Flygon.
