Life in France

My name's Ian Chippett, born Bristol, England in 1950 but now living and teaching in Paris along with Madame and three kids, Mark, Marie and Alan (not forgetting Thomson the dog).
My main interests are music, fishing (rather incompetently) and just loafing around in my little island home near Paris when Madame's not looking. Or chatting to people on the Net. Or working. I teach English to foreigners so if you live in or near Paris and you or your firm needs English lessons, just gimme a call.

I love a whole lot of music but my favourite singer is Pete Atkin whose brilliant site I can't recommend too highly. The problem is when I listen to his stuff too much most of the rest sounds so weak. Smash Flops is the place to visit. Or also, another fave is the Stackridge site based in Sweden.
