Waste of time indeed! No Egyptologist takes Rohl's nonsense
seriously. The Serapeum is currently closed, is probably unsafe
and I know of no plans for further work there. I am currently writing
a chapter on Libyan Period chronology for a book to be published
by Brill and will set out my opinions of recent research there.
