Just one Little Corner of Heaven

Just one little corner of Heaven..
To sing in the angel's choir...
Just one little corner of Heaven..
Is all she wanted there...
Her needs on earth meant nothing...
When she thought about the angel's choir..
Just one little corner of Heaven...
That's all she wanted there...
Just one little corner of Heaven...
Where the golden bells do ring..
Just one little corner of Heaven...
To help the angel's sing...
Just one little corner of Heaven..
That was her only prayer...
Just one little corner of Heaven...
With all her children there...
Just one little corner of Heaven...
To sing in the angel's choir...
Just one little corner of Heaven...
That's all she wanted there...
Now she is sitting by the throne of Heaven...
She sings in the Heavenly choir...
My Mother...waits in a corner of Heaven...
For me to meet her there..

                      "My MOM "

Mother

From out of a sky.. set thick with stars...
A light brought from above..
From out of an earth of many things...
The peace of a pure white Dove..
From out of winds around the earth..
A gentle caressing breeze..
From out of the shadows.. all over the world...
The cooling shade of trees...
From out of the garden.. of a wealthy king..
The beauty of a bright red rose..
From out of the power of the summer sun...
With it's warmth where ever it shows...
Starlight and peace.. a caressing breeze...
Beauty and warmth from above...
And to this... the best of all is found...
The purest of God's great love...
These together in one great shell...
Each showing one place or another...
The one word that "sums" it all up...
"IS MOTHER"

" I Love You"

Sealed With A Kiss

You were always there
To lend a helping hand.
You were always there..
When I was too weak to take a stand..
You have always been there..
Through 28 long years...
You have always been there...
Through the laughter and the tears...
You taught me so many lessons...
That I don't know how to repay...
There is only one thing I know to say...
And that is " I Love You, Daddy "
So Daddy always remember this...
My love is sealed with a kiss...
In Loving Memory of
My Daddy..

"Daddy"

Another Dad

There are times when I miss you Dad...
And the talks we could have had..
But God's angel's took you home...
So I try not to be sad...
But yet I have the longing...
To have you share my world..
Just to show you how things turned out...
For your youngest little girl...
I know things are... as they must be...
At times I'm pretty sad...
Then I found Jim's father...
And I also call him Dad...
I'm not trying to replace you...
For that could never be...
Yet he is so kind and gentle..
Just as you were to me...
With this Dad I liked to say "I Love you"
And show the world how glad..
That I am... the Lord has given me..
A chance to have another " Dad "....

Why Did You Leave Me

Why did you leave me,     Here all alone?
Why did you leave me,    To make it on my own?
Why couldn't I go with you,  It doesn't seem fair.
How could you leave me,   Just standing there.
Did you know I was waiting,    Just outside your door.
Did you hear me whisper, "I'll Love you forever more".
Now where do I go,    Just what do I do.
How can my life go on,  When it's not with you.
Life sure is uncertain,   This we all know.
But how could you leave me, And where did you go.
Are you an Angel in Heaven, A wondering star.
Can you see me... suffering,
'Cause I don't know where you are.
Is there a Heaven above us, Or a Hell below...
Are you in God's arms "Lord" I need to know !
I'm lost in this world, I'm falling apart.
There must be away,  But where do I start.
Oh ! why did you leave me,Where did you go
How can I find you,When it is my time to go
My questions are many, The answers aren't there
But I'm told for certain,The answers are in prayer...

Rocking Chair

Her rocking chair, will rock no more,
Her song will go unsung,
The final chapters of her book...
Will they be left undone?...
The greatest joy in her life,
Was the beauty of the morn..
The dew upon the rosebud..
Just as the day was born..
The springtime in her winter sun..
A prayer to start the day..
The praise she gave the Lord above..
For helping her to make her way..
The final phase... the finished part..
Was left within our care...
Her last request... to seal her life...
Was to meet our Lord in prayer...
We sing her song..and shed a tear...
We praise the Lord above...
For sending us such a wonderful Mother...
With a heart so full of Love...
