Safely Home

Just beyond the golden gate...
A story goes untold..
The mysteries of a journey...
With beauties to behold...
This journey must be taken...
And we must go there alone...
No one can take it for us...
Our trip to the Master's home...
With faith we know the beauty...
Of this place to where we go...
But sinful folks are always scared...
Of things they do not know...
We forget about the price Christ paid...
To help console our fears...
When death has come and took away...
A love the heart holds dear...
Through faith alone ..He promised us...
Salvation for our soul...
Through faith alone...He promised us...
Deaths mysteries to unfold...
The journey, death leads us through...
We really aren't alone...
For Christ has gone before us...
To lead us "Safely Home"
