Glossary of terms used
I have used Magnotherapy
to describe the use of magnetic fields for therapeutic purposes, but
there
are many other terms used.
Magnetotherapy
is
used in translations of Eastern European studies.
Magnetic Field Therapy
and Magnet Therapy are American
variations.
Bioelectromagnetics
is the study of the effects of magnetic and electric fields on the body
tissues
Magnetohydrodynamics
is the study of fluid flows through magnetic fields. Work
on
fuel has indicated improvements in fuel economy and reduction in
pollution.
Work on water has shown advantages in horticulture and animal husbandry
as well as scale reduction and pH control.
