Light and Cozy Shawl Design by Janelle Schlossman 2003
Materials: Size L Crochet Hook 15 oz of Worsted Wt. Yarn
Gauge: 4 sts = 2 and 3 rows = 2
Size: 100 wide and 45 long.
Note: Using a large hook with the worsted wt yarn makes a light and cozy fabric. I`ve made mine larger because, well; I`m a large lady J But since you are starting the shawl from the top center and working your way outwards; you can make it any size you wish so every one on your gift list can have a shawl made personally for their size. You can add fringe too if you like. This is also the type of pattern I call brain candy because it is easy enough to do while youre watching TV. No complex instructions to worry about. For the shawl in the photo I used Red Heart Yarn, the color is Country Blue.
