Introduction and Terms of Service

Welcome to my little site.  Most of what you'll read in the "Overview" section first appeared in a privately-printed (that is, typed, photocopied, and largely ignored) 1996 manuscript entitled This is the Zodiac Speaking: A Report on the 30th Year of the Zodiac Case (this was way back when we all thought Cheri Jo Bates was a Zodiac victim).  The rest of it has been assembled here and there, one piece at a time, since I launched the site in 1998 (back when the whole thing seemed like a good idea and not a recipe for one damned headache after another).
