Hi. Jamelia here--just another person in the world with delusions of
grandeur, starting up her own website. There are probably never going to
be a lot of bells and whistles here, so I don't expect any awards or anything.
I might have a few stories to share with you, though, and maybe an essay
or two from time to time. I can be opinionated. So, if you are interested
in all incarnations of Star Trek (but especially Voyager, Paris/Torres,
Kim/Seven, and Janeway/Chakotay), you may like my Plain-Janet site after
all.

A new con report. Auntie Jamelia went flying to Denver's StarCon to see the sights: the Rocky Mountains, the Garden of the Gods, spring snowstorms, and Robbie McNeill. "Jamelia and Redshoes Fly Rocky Mountain High with Rosie, Seeing the Sights."
I've decided to put up some of my photos from my convention going. There's the Natural Wonders of Colorado page, and from that, you can go on to do some Stargazing.
Finally, Auntie Jam's been doing some writing in the chat room again.
Another PWP. B'Elanna comes home from her shift, but she's not too tired
for a Tour de Paris in Touring Tom.
3/14/99
Two more segments of "Warmth 2: Scenes from a Mating"--"Nanny" and "The Devil's Own," as well as an Introduction and a list of the planned segments/chapters.
Several new stories: "Log Entries: Addendum,"
"Log Entries, Addenda," "Masques," and "Out of the Ether, A Course:
Oblivion Coda."
"Log Entries" in the original NC-17 version
has been remounted.
A new con report. Auntie Jamelia has been busy
visiting with Garrett Wang.

From Memorial Day through Fourth of July, 1997,
I wrote furiously on Warmth, a P/T, K/K (with a little J/C) story
that subsequent events on the show have turned into "what might have been,"
if Roxann Dawson's pregnancy (which I didn't know about when I wrote this)
had been written into the series. ~~~Shortly after the events of "Worst
Case Scenario," Paris and Torres are stranded on an inhospitable world.
They need to share "Warmth" with one another to survive. Once back
on Voyager, they find out about changes in the relationship of Harry Kim
and Kes--not to mention that one other little side effect from their stay
on Tantrum...
It's available in two versions: NC-17 or PG-13.
Mature themes.
"Warmth" -- PG-13 version:
Warmth 1 - Abandoned
Warmth 1 -
Shelter (PG-13)
Warmth
1 - Separation (PG-13)
Warmth 1 - Vows
"Warmth" -- NC-17 version (Adults 18 and over only, please!)
Warmth 1 - Abandoned
Warmth 1 -
Shelter (NC-17)
Warmth
1 - Separation (NC-17)
Warmth 1 - Vows
The sequel, "Warmth 2--Scenes from a Mating" --
picks up where "Warmth" left off, telling an alternate universe fourth
season of Voyager in which a certain pregnancy got written into the story
line. Currently, nine separate stories are planned, all of which will have
separate ratings. Those having R or NC-17 ratings will eventually have
alternate PG-13 versions and will be posted separately, but none of those
are available as of yet.. Three segments are currently available:
"Introduction" -- Table of Contents and Notes on "Warmth 2--Scenes from a Mating"
Part 1: "Honeymoon" -- On their wedding night, Tom and B'Elanna experience a special moment. Rated R for sexual activity (Duh! It's their wedding night!).
Part 2: "Nanny" -- A new, very special crew member comes to Voyager, Seven of Nine gets a new duty assignment, and B'Elanna is one very pregnant, rather testy half-Klingon. Rated PG.
(Parts 3 through 6 are not yet available)
Part 7: "The Devil's Own" -- Short on energy, Voyager is forced to land on a Y-class planet the crew calls "Demon" and leave behind something of themselves. Rated NC-17 for sexual situations and activity.
(Parts 8 and 9 are not yet available)
[So yes, I am working on Warmth 2! Honest! I would appreciate your not asking me when I'm going to get around to finishing it, though, because it's going to take a while!]
A "masque" is a sort of stylized play, popular a few centuries ago, in which people take on roles. After Kathryn Janeway gets her crew home to the Alpha Quadrant, she takes stock of the "roads not taken" during her life, especially when it comes to her relationships with Chakotay, Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres in "Masques" (NC-17).
"Course: Oblivion" was a very sad episode, yet somehow, I ended up with two different stories discussing the fate of the Demon clones. One is "The Devil's Own," which is part of "Warmth 2--Scenes from a Mating." The other is a story of Harry Kim and Seven of Nine (times two) and is told in "Out of the Ether" (PG).
After B'Elanna Torres and Tom Paris are stranded
in space on the Klingon "Day of Honor" and die of asphyxiation, Kathryn
Janeway, Chakotay, Harry Kim, and Seven of Nine learn how precious--and
precarious--life can be. Episodes from the first half of the fourth season
are retold, as they might have happened if Tom and B'Elanna weren't around,
in Those Who Are Left Behind. And yes,
it's at least a three-hanky alert story. Rated PG-13. K/7, J/C, P/T.

by Katja, who was "inspired" by the story to create it, click here--> TWALB

"PWP" (Plot? What Plot?) stories can be fun, as
long as there's enough sex in 'em. No sign of a plot here. Just a warm
beach, some hot sex, and Skinny Dipping
NC-17 (you better believe it. Adults Only.)
And yes, Auntie's been a bad girl--or a good girl,
depending upon your point of view--in writing another of these fluffy,
plotless (but hopefully still worth reading) PWP's. This one is just a
Tour de Paris, but B'Elanna, I understand, is particularly fond of Paris.
Touring Tom is
NC-17, of course. Not many PWP's are anything but!
I'm not much of a poet, but my friends VoyBoyToy,
Niomi, and I, egged on by the Bunnies from Hell, came up with this cross
between Elizabethan poetry and Dr. Seuss. Rated NC-17 for some very cheerful
Treksmut: The Passionate Helmsman
to His Engineer, With the Engineer's Replies, (Or, More Fun with
Dr. Suess.) With profuse apologies to Christopher Marlowe, Sir Walter
Raleigh, and, of course, to Theodore "Dr. Seuss" Geisel. All in fun. Really.
After living through "Blood Fever"
with Tom Paris, B'Elanna Torres finds that her relationship to Voyager's
helmsman is changing in Moonlight and Shuttlecraft.
These three interrelated vignettes also help to answer a question that
plagues many: where the heck do they get all those shuttles from? Rated
PG.
In Medical
Assistant's Log, Kes records what happens to her on an alternate universe
Voyager
in
which Kes did not become non-corporeal. The young Ocampan woman decides
to take action when the crew meets the Krenim. Rated PG.
When they first met, B'Elanna Torres
thought Tom Paris was a traitor, a drunk, and a pig, thanks to the influence
of her good friend Seska. The relationship of Tom and B'Elanna as it evolves
over time is described through Voyager's chief engineer's Personal
Log
Entries (PG-13). This story is also available in another version for
adult readers: Log Entries -- NC-17
- rated for sexual content. The original set of stories ends at "Revulsion."
There is now a PG-13 post-"Hunters" coda, "Log
Entries, Addendum" and an additional set, "Log Entries: Addenda," which
records B'Elanna's thoughts from "The Killing Game" through "30 Days."
It is available in two versions: "Log
Entries: Addenda" (PG-13) and "Log
Entries: Addenda" (NC-17),
How did Tom Paris land in the Maquis?
Seems his good friend from the Academy, Ro Laren (see "Happy Holidays,
Cadet Ro" for some back story), helps him find meaning in his life after
the debacle of Caldik Prime. In turn, Tom guides Ro into finding something
in herself that she had lost in The
Mercenary, which, while PG-13 rated, is recommended for mature teens
only because the subject matter includes discussions of sexual abuse and
its aftermath. This story is also available for adult readers: The
Mercenary -- NC-17 rated, for explicit sexual content, profanity, and
violence.
I have written a sequel to "The
Mercenary" which, while a work in progress, is relatively whole. I reserve
the right to continue to revise it, however. Ro Laren returns to Bajor
to pick up the pieces of her life after Tom Paris is sent to prison and
finds herself traveling In the Footsteps of Another
as her life takes some surprising twists. Comments are welcome!
Speaking of Bajor and Deep Space
Nine, I've written a story about Tuvok's wife T'Pel, who makes a Pilgrimage
there, and with the help of Captain Benjamin Sisko searches for evidence
that her husband is still alive. Rated G.
When Tuvok, far from the wife to
whom he is devoted, cannot control his pon farr through meditation alone,
he must ask another member of the crew to become his sexual partner or
die. To those who give him back his life, Tuvok gives a gift in return.
Quid
Pro Quo is rated NC-17 for sexual activity, violence and strong language.
By the fifth year of Voyager's journey
through the Delta Quadrant, B'Elanna and Tom have been a couple for over
a year. Seeing how well their interspecies love affair is working, a love-smitten
Harry Kim asks them for advice on how to obtain some "Satisfaction"
of his own with Seven. Rated NC-17 for a high "Treksmut" quotient. Lots
of sex, tongue in cheek (lots of tongue, period). Sorry kids. This one
is adults only and can't be cut!
Several months after "Satisfaction"
takes place, Captain Janeway decides that Seven needs to learn more about
rest and relaxation. A vacation sounds about right. Seven isn't interested,
however, until Tom and B'Elanna help Harry show her just how much more
efficiency she can achieve thanks to having taken that "Weekend
in Tahiti, or Tom and B'Elanna and Harry and Seven's Excellent Vacation."
As in the other stories of this series, I'm afraid it's rated NC-17, too.
I can't claim sole credit for my
contribution to Julia Houston's Paris/Tuvok Holonovels
Five, but I collaborated with her on this year's St. Patrick's Day
contribution. Hopeless Romantic and I have let the Voyager holodeck gang
wander into one of the grandest movies of all time, IMHO. Hints: it won
John Ford an Oscar for direction and is said to have been "the Duke's"
favorite of all the movies in which he appeared. His favorite leading lady
-- the one with the flaming red hair -- was in it with him.
Other stories will be added to this
page as they become available.

Like I said, I can be opinionated. From time to time I will spout off about what The Powers That Be are doing to my favorite show, or maybe what they aren't doing.
I went out to Denver to visit with
my friend Rosie and a whole bunch of RanDoM Flighters, PT Collectivites,
and PTFeverites from around the world to see Robert Duncan McNeill, Robert
Trebor of "Hercules" and "Xena, Warrior Princess," Max Grodenchik (Rom
on DS9), and several others this spring. Lots of natural wonders on view.
The Rockies, the Garden of the Gods, Robbie . . .
The story of our good time is told
in: "Jamelia and Redshoes Fly Rocky
Mountain High with Rosie, Seeing the Sights."
Spealing of sightseeing, I've put up a few photos from my convention going. There's the Natural Wonders of Colorado page, and from that, you can go on to do some Stargazing.
Some of the most recent cons I've gone to have had Garrett Wang (pronounced "wong," I found out) as the main guest. The guy is terrific fun. I highly recommend going to see him. Until you get a chance, however, you can do the next best thing and read "Auntie Jamelia Ambles Down to Raleigh to Meet Garrett Wang," which includes an addendum about a second con at which he appeared, in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
When it comes to cons, and your humble reporter Jamelia has something to say about that. Big surprise, huh? To see what Jamelia thinks, check out Robbie Cons & Roxann at Novacon.
How does the title Sex Trek grab you? I thought so. It's just a little excursion through the 31 year history of Star Trek and its many incarnations, examining how love, sex, and personal relationships have fared on screen in Trek--from Kirk's active love life to the budding relationship of Paris/Torres.
I really loved the "Year of Hell," so if you want Jamelia's Year of Hell take, just click on the link.
I've got so many links lately that I decided to move them all to their own page. Included are links to Voyager review sites, the PTCollective Archive, some resource sites for fanfic writers, and fanfic sites. To go there, use this link--> Jamelia's Links Page .
If you are interested in my "autobiography,"
you can find it here at my home page: home.html
By the way, in case I didn't
say it clearly enough anywhere else, Paramount and Viacom, Inc., own the
rights to everything Star Trek. I borrowed a few publicity pictures to
create the relationship images on this page. They really belong to Paramount,
and I just hope they let me keep them up here. I think they make nice looking
couples. Do you?
I grovel and beg for feedback, because
my counter doesn't work any more. I need you to tell me if you've been
here, and what you like and don't like about this page!
Let me know what you think about
my page. Send mail by clicking here.
