Due to the close-knit structure of covens, and the varied backgrounds and families of origin we all have, learning to deal with people and their issues may require skills not taught in general Craft training. Dealing in a Pagan-oriented spiritual context may often be more appropriate than using purely secular concepts. These are workshop-based.
