Lotus Development Corporation, Cambridge MA Senior Manager
Achievements:
Designed customed training initiatives for selected Alliance Business Partners. Worked closely with IBM counterparts to identify strategic cross-enablement and training initiatives between Lotus Business Partners and IBM BEST Team members. Contributed background experience as a consultant to several Lotus internal marketing and education groups. Helped construct and administer a Regional Integrator Enablement program involving 30 profiled accounts that was designed to create a foundation for Domino services in the US/Canadian market.
1993-1996
Nogah Consulting Services, Brockton, MA Owner and President
Provided marketing, sales, and technical consulting to senior management of Fortune 500 companies in business and technology planning. Provided "translation" services between senior business management and senior technology management on the strategic value of application architecture, OO methodology, and business rules.
Achievements:
·Participated in the research and design for a Business Rules Seminar for senior management in one of the top financial companies in the U.S.
·Delivered high-level overview presentation of application architecture to several CIO's in the insurance and technology manufacturing industries.
·Provided project evaluation and documentation for large manufacturing company involved in a $100 mil information technology reengineering program.
1990-1993
The Nogah Group, Brockton, MA President and Partner
Managed a team of six expert trainers in the authoring and delivery of classroom training for database programming tools. Was responsible for managing deployment of services to small and medium-size accounts for software and hardware maintenance, custom software design and programming, database conversions, and LAN installation and configuration. Recruited and hired expert contract talent that were training and development resources to Fortune 100 companies with unique requirements.
Achievements:
·Founded this small start-up and grew revenue by 50% annually.
1986-1990
Digital Equipment Corporation, Burlington, MA Systems Development Manager
Was responsible for the design-to-delivery of marketing software used in the assessment of customer skills and training needs. This software was shipped and installed as a bundled turn-key system in 12 Digital Equipment Corporation training locations in the U.S. and Canada. Also was responsible for a similar automated interview system that was used to assess the training needs of 3,000 Digital administrative support personnel. Consulted with several internal development groups on the design and development methods used to create these products. Projects won company-wide acclaim for their technical design and GUI emulation on character-based terminals.
Achievements:
·Created proprietary object-oriented, matrix pattern matching system that allowed the creation and maintenance of system-independent knowledge bases
·Created a model methodology for temporal-spatial association of ad-hoc defined objects
1983-1986
Wang Laboratories, Chelmsford, MA Senior Systems Marketing Consultant
Designed and developed fast-track training programs for Field Sales sites across the U.S. Was also responsible for the platform delivery of some of these programs when Corporate Marketing piloted these programs in the field, with the purpose of training local site trainers. Managed the Wang Corporate Partnership Program, an alliance between Wang and its college and university accounts to exchange technical resources.

IBM Corporation, Waltham, MA Senior Account Manager
Held total account management responsibility for IBM Key Accounts in Greater New England. As a District Sales Leader, worked closely with Sales Management to develop prototype selling strategies and customer presentations. Conducted local and national internal training programs for sales training of IBM Marketing Representatives.
Achievements:

·Five time recipient of the IBM Excellence in Marketing Award
