A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a pup. This amount will be credited toward the purchase of a pup but will not be returned unless Seller is contacted within 24 hours of initial contact to have reservation cancelled. No pups will be held without reservation.
Puppies have 12 month health guarantee.

General Shih Tzu Information From the American Kennel Club: The silky Shih Tzu is sweet and playful. He's also got plenty of spunk. He's not afraid to stand up for himself, though he usually gets along nicely with strangers and other animals. The Shih Tzu seems especially to dislike hot weather. The coat of the Shih Tzu needs daily grooming. The Shih Tzu is a member of the Toy Group and was first recognized by the AKC in 1969. |

Care: |
A lot of grooming is required. To prevent tangles, the coat must be combed everyday. It is necessary to provide a hair bow or something similar to keep the hair out of the dog's eyes. The ear passages must be cleaned regularly as well. To keep the coat in good condition, it is necessary to take the dog to a professional groomer every two months to be clipped. |
