It’s a sunny afternoon in October 1953, at Wayne, PA. As the 3:20 Paoli Local moves on down the line, a shiny new A-B pair of F-7’s lead an eastbound freight into the heart of the Philadelphia’s leafy Main Line suburbs.

Passengers await the next train to Philadelphia, as a rickety string of MP-54’s whine down the eastbound tracks towards Paoli.

The Paoli Local attempts to capture the feel of the Standard Railroad of the World in a four-foot module.
