The title must have something to do with the page. "Cool stuff" or
"My page" doesn't count.

Frames are OK as long as they are useful and are not abused. 3 frames
and you're out.

I want to do something! A lot of links and GIFs aren't fun. There
must be more interaction then just clicking on links.

Must be easily navigated (for the mouse-impaired).

I'm not waiting forever for the page to load. Neither will anyone else. It
better MOVE.

Contains no abuse of Java or Javascript. If I must wait for 4 big Java
Applets every page, my next click will be the "x".
