Borned with the Blues & raised on Rock & Roll in Redwater, Texas in a two room house with no electricity and no runnin' water. Therefore since there was no electric current, that certainly ment no T.V. Thus the only form of "KENNY WAYNE'S" entertainment was a small Montogmery Wards AM radio powered by a 6 Volt automotive battery. Talk about having to be born black to have to be "Borned With The Blues"! That is "The Blues"!! Black or White! Speaking of which, why do those adjectives have to always apply? In other words: Why is simple poor folks food (I.E. Pork chops, fried chicken, fish, ribs, neckbones, pickled pig feet, grits, pinto beans, blackeyed peas, and hot water cone' bread ) always have to be called soul food? " K.W." was raised on that type food! His daddy "E.K." and "Mama Corene" (by the way her name is considered a "Black" name too!) both just like "Kenny Wayne"are "White"!! So once again, why are those terms " Soul Food ", as well as"Blues Music" and for that matter , "KENNY WAYNE'S ( with over 35 "real dues paid" years of Internationally critically acclaimed recordings and concerts ) Music" be termed or labeled "BLACK"??? Why should "KENNY WAYNE" not have the same birthrights as "ANY BLACK PERSON" without "So Called Blues Purist" and "Some Blacks" accusing or labeling "this born poor, dues paid an still paying today, Long Texas
Bearded American Music" lead singing, guitar and harmonica playing , songwriter "K.W."of ripping-off a "BLACK MAN'S MUSIC" or a "BLACK'S ROCKIN' BLUES" ( I.E. "African American's" stylings? ) !! Speaking of that term, why is that? When most Blacks in America are "NOT" born in "AFRICA"! So again why does "KENNY WAYNE'S" music of the" AMERICAN MUSIC RADIO AIRWAVES" have to be labeled or termed "BLACK"? Just because "KENNY WAYNE" is "WHITE", THAT DOE'S NOT MEAN THAT "HE" ISN' T "THE REAL THANG"! "HE" needs "NO TITLE NOR TERM OF MUSIC" except "AMERICAN" ! However chances are, you' ve probably never heard of "THIS KENNY WAYNE" since another almost same name NONdues paid , NONsinging young "Stevie Ray Vaughan"guitar stylist and "Fortunate Son" of a Major Market Radio Station General Mgr. , Major Concert Promoter with Major Record Label connections appeared out of nowhwere and copped a Major Record Label deal and Major Concert with "The Eagles"(gee, I wonder how he managed to do that? ) just a few years ago at the age of "17" and thus confusing the concert, club and radio, record buying fans for over 35 years of "THE REDWATER TEXAS WILDMAN" whom those fans call "THE REAL KENNY WAYNE" ! Therefore we know that it is redundunt, to keep sayin " The DuesPaid KENNY WAYNE" but " THE FANS AND WE ARE PISSED AND TIRED OF ALL THE HYPE"!! WE want everyone to know which came first!!! We are "NOT" sayin that "THE LITTLE SHEEPWATCHER " is not a good player, we're saying that so are 1,0000's of other " less fortunate born young gun guitar slingers without that inside connection , just as good too, and about 995 of them can sing their ass off just as well as they can play! And we are also saying that with that fact in mind, to Wake Up!!! Get Smart!!! Because "Y'ALL" all really need to know the real truth, which came first, Which is "THIS KENNY WAYNE" !!
