This is another Kim who I finally got to meet at Renaissance just recently, although I've been corresponding with her for ages. She's a lovely girl - very natural in the flesh - and a lovely person. I'm sure we're destined to become great friends.
The Birdcage
Situated in a private
house on the outskirts of Preston, The Birdcage offers a descrete dressing
service and also has an extensive range of clothes, shoes and accessories for
you to buy at very reasonable prices. Also offered is a Bridal Service where
those of us so inclined (me,
for instance) can dress as a Bride or a Bridsmaid and be photographed
complete with wedding posy in the extensive (and very important, the secluded) attractive garden at
the back of the house. I've been a bride and a bridesmaid, and whole-heartedly recommend it to any TGirl who wants to feel not only
special and beautiful, but ultra feminine too.
This is arguably The place in London for Tgirls to go and strut their funky stuff. It also has the added bonus of having Andrea (see above) as its hostess. I haven't been yet, but I intend going as soon as I'm in the capital.
