This weekend featured a great finish in the 400 meters...Selena and Emily both were the strongest over the last 100 meters and came from behind to go 1-2 for the victory. It was also a good weekend for Ayesha in the jumps. But the undisputed highlight of the meet was the ever youthful Coach Elvis Forde leaving the entire men's field in his wake in the 400 meter final. Running unattached against competitors half his age, the soon-to-be master recorded a 48.50, running down the field on the last lap. What is the master's division world record, anyway ?  :)
