Also of interest is Mike's name on the right-of-way plans for the new highway.  Many of us, Mike included, research the locations of earlier alignments of the highway and often use decades old right-of-way plans (property acquisition) found in various engineer offices.  Mike's role as a surveyor in this new project has resulted in his name being included in the plans, so that researchers in 2099 may find yet one more reference to him associated with the Lincoln Highway.
