Edna's Goldfish is a 7 hottie, pop/emo-ska band from Long Island, NY. Their must have album "Before You Knew Better" appears on Ska Satellite Records, a subsidiary of Moon Ska Records. You can also find Edna's Goldfish on various compilations. Check out the music page for the full discography. Then run to your local music store to buy those CDs!!! Edna's Goldfish's sophomore CD, "The Elements of Transition" on Moon Ska Records, is due out September 21st!!! It'll have Instant Message, It Will Be You, Invincible, Relate, Get To You and more. Of course all the new songs are great; you won't be dissapointed. If you can't wait till the new CD comes out, go to MP3.com to download Veronica Sawyer and World Over to tie you over. On July 31, 1999, Edna's Goldfish filmed their debut video for Veronica Sawyer. So keep an eye out for it to be played on MTV and M2!!!
Edna's Goldfish has had a plethora of tours, constantly traveling all across the country. They just finished a great tour with The Stereo and Slow Gherkin, and have returned to Europe where they'll have some shows with The Slackers!!! After Europe there will be another US tour to support the new CD, "The Elements of Transition". Check out their shows to hear them play some new songs. You can't miss their live performances which give off high energetic feelings that make you wanna dance. These cuties from Edna's Goldfish are way cool too. On October 17, 1998, Edna's Goldfish stopped in Irvine, CA for a live performance that was broadcast on The Ska Parade Radio Show (KUCI 89.9). A little concert right in your home for those who heard it over the web. Their song If You Want It, which is on "Before You Knew Better", has been featured on two ESPN events. On June 11, 1998, Edna's Goldfish walked away from the First Annual Long Island Music Awards with the awards for Album of the Year (Indie Lable), and Best All-Ages Ska Band!!! Congrats to the boys for such a great job!!!
