TV, The Good, The Bad And The Stupid
- Spin City: This is an odd show. I don't even know any of the characters by name yet I watch it when I get the chance. I guess that's what good writing does to you.
- Just Shoot Me: I'd watch it even if David Spade left the show. Or would I? I think I would. There's no denying Spade draws in the viewers but once again, good writing is part of it. Who knows? It's funny. And they do actual work doing the show.
- Simpsons: Too many morallity plays lately, and not enough weirdness.
- Sabrina: The Teenaged Witch: We all know the only reason people watch it is to see how the nubile young star is going to showcase her breasts this week.
- Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Let's see. Well written, great effects, logical continuity, great actors, great characters....lets hope they don't screw this up. There's a million rumors about Angel being spun off into his own show. That'd be bad. Oh yeah, they roasted Anne Rice on Buffy. Good. She's odd and she's encouraged too many goth freaks. And she can't write worth a darn.
- Sentinel: Great concept. A cop with super-senses. But...I stopped watching it when the hero went through his like fifty billionth love that left at the end of the episode.
- The War Of The Worlds: A group of people fight against aliens that can take over people's bodies. It was good for a season. At the end, two of the heros died and the rest moved into a base into the sewer. Apparently all the good writers left too because the quaility dipped incredibly.
- Drew Carey Show: What happened to it? Is it still on? That thing makes me crack up all the time.
- Third Rock From The Sun: Shut up, John Lithgow. Shut the heck up.
- The Net: They're making a movie from the Sandra Bullock film. I wonder if they're going to use the same old stupid cliches. Will the heroine's computer sounds like a dot matrix printer as she brings up a file?
