APPLE BREAD FOR BREAD MACHINES

This recipe was shared with me by another Mountain Gourmet Consultant, Kim who lives in Texas. Kim says "Of course bread machines have revolutionized our homes. Wouldn't my great grandmother just cringe at the thought of bread coming from a machine!!! :-) I have a 2lb Panasonic machine, so you will need to adjust this recipe accordingly. I came up with this recipe when I wanted a breakfast bread and thought that I could make the apple breads taste more like apples."
