Be a responsible host. Serve non-alcoholic beverages. If you do choose to serve alcohol, never serve to anyone under the age of 21 and see that everybody has a designated driver.

If you see a drunk driver while out driving around, notify officials immediately. Get the license plate number, description of vehicle and direction of travel. DO NOT TRY TO STOP A DRUNK DRIVER YOURSELF!
