Think of a number! Any number. Between one and
1000.
Add 10
Multiply your new number by two.
Subtract 6 from your new number.
Divide your new number by two.
Now subtract the first number you thought of.
The answer is 7.
(The answer will always be 7...e.g
7 + 10 (17) x2 (34) -6 (28) divide by 2 (14) take away the number you 1st
thought of =7
390 + 10 (400) x2 (800) -6 (794) divide by 2 (397) take away the 1st number
you thought of and the answer is 7!
You can spice this mental trick up a bit too!
Do the trick as stated above, when you are
finished, you tell the spectator to turn the number into a month (E.g 1 for
Jan, 2 for feb etc, but you know the answer is 7 so it will be July) then tell
them to add 4 months......the answer will be November!
Re-cap... the sum is
add 10, times 2, subtract 6, devide by 2, subtract the number you started
with!
