It has been agreed upon the the Club will be operated in conformance with the Bylaws of the Hat and Wand Club and theConstitution of our parent organization, The International Brotherhood of Magicians. All members of the Hat & Wand Club are required to be members in good standing of the I.B.M
Membership fee is $25.00 for regular membership and $15.00 for junior membership. Membership fee is due at the September meeting. Guest fee is $5.00.
