Cindy with Ty

My name is Cindy Mattoni and I am from Macomb Michigan. In April of 2000 I acquired my first Yorkie. He was to be a pet, but when I got him, even at a young age, he had outstanding qualities. Attitude....good structure....and loving personality. I fell in love immediately with the Yorkshire Terrier Breed and with My Ty..... Tinytreasures Tchaikovsky.

I was told to show him, and not knowing what I was doing, as a novice handler/owner, started showing him. At the age of 8 months, he acquired his championship in the United Kennel Club UKC. And this is is the number 1 Top Ten Yorkshire Terrier in the United States with UKC. and breaking all records for the number of points any Yorkshire terrier has received in one year. He has won three best of multi breed shows, two reserves of multi breed shows, various group 1 and 2 placements. He loves to show......he struts around the ring and as if to say....Look at me......he is Small but mig

I am very proud of "Ty" as he also achieved his Canadian Championship last year as well at the age of only 1 1/2. In August of 2001 he received his first AKC point and then in a relatively short time, achieved his AKC championship with two 3 point majors and one 4 point major, as well as going BOB to be now ranked with the AKC top dogs in the Yorkshire Terrier Breed. Ty will still be shown as a special on limited basis. I must  give my Special Thanks to Julie Howard for showing my Ty, by refining him, and getting him his two majors and various points. Julie has been a great help as well as a friend. Thank you Julie.

I must say that I have fallen totally in love with the breed and want to peruse knowing as much as I can about them. I want to breed quality Yorkies for both showing and for loving pets to qualified loving familles. The Yorkshire Terrier has so much love to offer and also the attitude that makes them special.

I have acquired two more little loves that only one will be in the show ring...and the other ..... just a love object....a pampered pet, a lap princess.

I want to uphold the ethical breeding practices and breed good quality Yorkies that I can be very Proud of. My other love is China.....and the shopping and the hobby of pearl jewelry.
