Now you have reached the heart and soul of Master of the Dragon. How you train your fighter will affect every aspect of their fighting ability. It is through training that you rise in rank and truly master your style.
Each week you will receive training points you can spend to improve various areas of your fighter. You can improve attributes, techniques, or even highly specific aspects of techniques. I have not listed the costs of training for one reason, MOD is meant to be a game of discovery, the true test of a good MOD player is learning how to train their fighter well. Though you can certainly increase your knowledge faster by getting to know other players and discussing training strategies.
One hint: The bigger a benefit training has, the more points it costs
What can I Train?
Training points may be spent on any of the following categories.
Techniques with dashes in front of them may be trained individually, but are also trained when the underlined or boldface technique above them is trained. Example: Putting points in Punches trains jab, hard straight, cross/hook, and uppercut/backfist. Though you can train all those individually also.
If an item is listed in parenthesis, it may be trained specifically for that move. Example: you may train either Cross/Hook, or you may train Cross/Hook Speed, Strength, etc.

Send in your training point expenditures to me listing which areas you want the points to go to. Example: A player with 7 training points might spend them like this:

Grabs/Throws Speed 2
Remember, it may take some time to increase some of your abitlities, so be patient, they will increase eventually.
There is no upper limit for the ratings in any attribute.
Weight Gain/Loss
Depending on how your train, your weight will increase or decrease, this is due to the effects of exercise on the body. Over time, this can actually change your body type.
If you want to help the gain or loss process along you can add a note to that effect when you send in your training points. Just add the phrase "Train for Weight Gain" or "Train for Weight Loss" to your email content.
Doing so will help tip the scales one way or another. You are not required to train for gain/loss, it is just an option for fighters looking for more dramatc change
Side Note: If your Body Type is already Lightweight, you may not train for Weight Loss, you're skinny enough as it is, we dont want you wasting away to nothing.
