Welcome to my poem page, its intent is to give you the many Taoistic poems that I created throughout the times, also I feel these poems illustrates well a lot of my Tao concepts. Thank you and may you all find balance and harmony along your path.
"Cloud in Void"
I see silence as a clear blue sky,
and a song as a cloud appearing before dissipating into void.
"Beginnings and Endings"
If there was no beginning, then there is no End,
but if there's a beginning, then there must be an End.
"Heaven and Hell"
Heaven and hell is here on earth,
and when we die, so does heaven and hell.
"A Poem on Racism"
The reason a cat wont hate another cat for being of a different breed,
is cause cats aren't smart enough to be as dumb as human beings.
"Balance"
Mantenga balance y evita los extremos,
viva una vida simple y quedencen contentos.
"Food of the Gods"
Swollen shrooms after the falling rain,
hearing its colors and seeing its sounds,
life becomes a drop dissolving into the ocean Tao.
"Morning Sparkle"
As the final drops of night rain fall on morning leaves,
sun rises to give sparkle to splashing drops of color and birds that sing.
Aroma of early morning dew, awakens me from nocturnal hue,
coming forth with splashes of light, all is green in the garden of sparkling sight.
"Gems of Nature"
I see ruby red roses on a high cliff,
among its background a vast emerald green sky,
watching crystal diamond icicles left over from past winter,
I sit on gray rock reflecting on white jade clouds.
"Cannabis Dreams"
As I smoke cannabis out of my long pipe,
immortal spirits begin to appear,
yet for the moment answers not so clear,
showing me visions of sacred misty mountains,
and ancient temples among high cliffs,
then I start to notice a sudden flux then shift,
riding this rushing flow, all things reveal,
showing me a symbol of an eternal sphere.
"Autumn Colors"
Yellow leaves falling in autumn brown,
green pines standing in the far background,
tips of grounded leaves turning burgundy,
the sun so far yet like a bright orange memory,
blue sky turning gray, fragrances of cold fill this day.
Wind blows falling leaves, then all its colors wash up at my feet.
"Returning to Tao"
Drifting white clouds and flowing clear water,
the manifest returns to source, like an infant to its mother.
Flowing freely it sees no end, for nature returns whence it began.
"Dawn to Dusk"
As the sun rises from east,
humming birds fly out to flowery feasts,
all things begin to move, feelings of brightness starts to bloom.
Butterflies on flight throughout the day, reminding us of natures primal ways.
Then sun starts to set west, giving way to stillness and rest,
like waking and sleeping, sun will return, dawn to dusk in constant turn.
"Tasting Time"
Ocean waves of tongue,
sliding in and out of seashores,
tasting the sands of time.
"View"
I see a galaxy,
I watch the earth,
looking at a garden,
I observe an ant at work.
"Tao"
Unity is the source and duality its result,
always fluctuating back and forth without a halt,
disappearing and reappearing it has no name,
I call it Tao to distinguish it from all other names.
