The Brightest Fires Burn Within The Shadows...

Shadowrun is a role playing game concocted by the FASA corporation, now owned by WizKids. It is based in the year 2060 (more or less) and is a rather neat combination of both the Cyberpunk dark future, and a fantasy world of magic & elves & such. Shadowrun is fairly unique amongst other roleplaying games, in both the intricacy of the fictional world created, and it's constant updating. The game books are tied to the line of novels; what happens in one often affects the other. This creates a constantly changing universe, with the characters dealing with the political machinations of the rulers of the free (?) world, or at least their effects on their daily lives.
