The Eldar Arms Line of Fine Small Arms Pistols

Handguns

Model 05 "Terrier" Mini-Revolver
Type: Hold-Out Conceal: 10 Mode: SS Ammo: 5 (cylinder) Damage: 4L
Weight: .45 Cost: 200 nuyen Availability: 3/4 days Street Index: 1

The Model 22 is a tiny little revolver with no trigger guard and a little stud for a trigger. Built for reliability, the Model 22 is a tough little gun capable of handling any kind of ammo the user wants. For ten nuyen the company will ship your Model 22 with a custom neck thong for holding your gun close to your heart.

>Stop laughing. A gun on a string around your neck is one of the last things anyone will be expecting. This little trick saved my life once when I got caught on a run by a corp security guard. He took my Predator and my H&K, but missed my Terrier on its string. I'm here today, and he ain't.<
>Panzer<

Model 07 "Hound" Light Pistol
Type: Light Conceal: 7 Mode: SA Ammo: 15 (clip) Damage: 6L Weight: 1
Cost: 400 nuyen Availability: 4/7 days Street Index: 1

A sturdy, reliable light sidearm, suitable for military issue, law enforcement, and personal security. Eldar Arms also produces a compact officer's model as well (concealability: 8, ammo: 10, cost: 450 nuyen). Both weapons can be bought in a deluxe edition for an additional 500 nuyen. The deluxe kit includes a compact laser sight (-1 conceal), two spare clips, and a complete cleaning kit.

>I like this gun. It ain't got no power hardly, but this li'l baby'll eat any round you wanna put in 'er. Excellent quality in a back up piece.<
>Bubba<

>Personally, Bubba, I say you are full of it. DO NOT try shooting flechette or hollow point ammo in this gun. It will jam every time.<
>Raider<

>You can kiss my big, hairy troll....<> DATA INTERRUPT. 3.5 Mp DELETED BY SYSOP DUE TO VULGAR LANGUAGE.<
>Bubba<

Model 10 "Wolfhound" Heavy Pistol
Type: Heavy Conceal: 6 Mode: SA Ammo: 16(clip) Damage: 9M Weight: 2
Cost: 500 nuyen Availability: 6/7 days Street Index: 1.5

The premiere weapon in Eldar Arms' lineup. It comes with an integral smartlink, but it is also offered in a laser sighted version (400 nuyen) and a Smartlink II version (600 nuyen). This weapon is as sleek and powerful as its namesake.

>I love this gun. This here's the Hound's big brother, and does this mother shoot! I get three inch groups every time I take her down to the range.<
>Bubba<

>The Wolfhound's also good and reliable. When we tested it for Eldar Arms this pistol got dropped, bashed, smashed, and dipped into all kinds of drek. Then, we just wiped the worst of the crud off and shot nice little two and three inch groups.<
>Dog Boy<

Model 12 "Monster Hound" Hunting Pistol
Type: Ultraheavy Conceal: 4 Mode: SA Ammo: 8 (clip) Damage: 12M
Weight: 2.25 Cost: 600 nuyen Availability: 8/7 days Street Index: 2

The Model 12 is a big, nasty autopistol. It comes standard with a weighted barrel compensator (1 point recoil comp) and an integral laser sight. A rating 1 pistol scope can be added (-2 conceal) for a mere 200 nuyen more. Eldar Arms also offers a Smartlink II version for an extra 400 nuyen. The Model 12 was designed for handgun hunters, but it does make an intimidating personal defense option.

>Ohhh, baby.<
>Bubba<

>Heh, heh, heh. A real BFG... a Big Fraggin' Gun.<
>Turrock<

>Uh-huh, yeah, smell the testosterone. Who's responsible for this monster?<
>Vixen<

>That would be me, and no, it was not an attempt to compensate for short comings.<
>Dog Boy<

Submachineguns

Model 25A "Bulldog" Machine Pistol
Type: Light Conceal: 5 Mode: BF Ammo: 24 (clip) Damage: 9M Weight: 2
Cost: 800 nuyen Availability: 11/15 days Street Index: 2
Model 25B "Pit Bull" Machine Pistol
Type: Heavy Conceal: 5 Mode: BF Ammo: 18 (clip) Damage: 9M Weight: 2.75
Cost: 900 nuyen Availability: 12/18 days Street Index: 2.5

The Bulldog and Pit Bull come with an integral Recoil Compensation II and an integral laser sight. Both weapons are sold in a Mark II model with an integral Smartlink at an extra 250 nuyen. The deluxe edition is sold for an additional 410 nuyen that includes a snap-on shoulder stock (1 point recoil comp, -1 conceal), one spare clip, one extended capacity clip (30-Bulldog, 21-Pit Bull), and a cleaning kit. The extended clip reduces concealability -2. Due to their high rate of fire the first burst is recoil free. The second burst is at +4. Eldar utilizes caseless ammo to increase ammo capacity without increasing corresponding weight and concealment.

>Ugly little buzz-guns, real sci-fi drek, helical magazines and all that.<
>Paladin<

>Way I hear it Toonmeister heisted the basic design from Ruger before they could bring the Thunderbolt out to the general consumer market.<
>The Kid<

Model 30 "Mastif" Submachinegun
Type: SMG Conceal: 5 Mode: SA/BF/FA Ammo: 32 (clip) Damage: 7M
Weight: 3 Cost: 1000 nuyen Availability: 8/14 days Street Index: 2

The Model 30 is the next step up in the Eldar Arms line of submachineguns. This handy little weapon was designed to give the Ingram Smartgun a run for its money. Comes standard with an integral smartlink, Gas Vent II recoil compensation, and a folding stock (-1 conceal, 1 point recoil comp).

>I hate to say it but just go ahead and buy an Ingram. Dammit.<
>Dog Boy<

Rifles

Model 40 "Hell Hound" Assault Rifle
Type: AR Conceal: NA Mode: SA/BF/FA Ammo: 50 (clip) Damage: 9M
Weight: 5 Cost: 2000 nuyen Availability: 9/14 days Street Index: 2.5

Need a good assault rifle? Buy a Model 40. Need a good light machinegun? Buy a Model 40. This monster gun was built to fill either role equally well. Versatility is the key word to this design. With a scope and a laser your can have a short range sniper system. Mount a grenade launcher and you get a squad support weapon. Imagine the possibilities. Comes standard with an integral laser sight, Gas Vent IV, a bipod, a flashlight, and lugs for mounting other accessories easily. Integral Smartlink I and II available for 100 and 200 nuyen respectively.

>Rock'n'roll, man, rock'n'roll. The go anywhere, do anyone gun.<
>Turrock<

>Grow up.<

Model 200 "Quigley" Sniper Rifle

A top flight sniper rifle designed with military and security applications in mind. The Quigley comes with either a Rating 2 scope and a laser sight or an integral Smartlink II system (+150 nuyen).

>I got my wife one of these for Christmas and a couple hundred rounds of high quality target ammo for a stocking stuffer. She got me a tie.<
>Panzer<

>What he isn't telling you is that when his beautiful elfin wife gave him that tie she was wearing just it and a smile. Lucky bastich...<
>Toonmeister<

>That's the point. If you want a tie, give her the Quigley. It's the best.<
>Panzer<

Model 50 "Intimidator" Shotgun
Type: Shotgun Conceal: NA Mode: SA Ammo: 8 (magazine) Damage: 9S
Weight: 4 Cost: 580 nuyen Availability: 6/7 days Street Index: 1.5

The Intimidator is a pump-action shotgun with a built-in laser sight. Designed primarily as a security weapon, the Intimidator makes a good hunting weapon. The Model 51 "Hunter" swaps out the laser for a Rating 1 scope at no additional cost. The Model 52 "Warrior" is a semi-automatic version of the Intimidator. The Warrior can also be purchased as a selective fire version (BF-capable for 600 nuyen) and/or Smartlinked for an additional 250 nuyen.

>They call it the Intimidator 'cause of the laser. You point it at the target and tell 'im that's where the buckshot's gonna splatter his guts all over the wall behind 'im. That kinda realization tends ta put the fear o' Gawd inna fella.<
>Dep'ty Phiphe<

Model 60 "El Lupo" Double Barreled Shotgun
Type: Shotgun Conceal: 4 Mode: SS/BF Ammo: 2 (break) Damage: 10S/12S Weight: 3 Cost: 500 nuyen Availability: 6/6 days Street Index: .75

The Model 60 is a hunting gun for the woods or the urban jungle. Unfortunately, the sawed-off version is popular with streetgangers because of its intimidating appearance and devastating one shot stop. The El Lupo can fire both barrels as a Short Burst (p. 92, SRII). This capability is reflected in the stats above. It is available in a sawed-off version at a concealability of 6 and a damage of 8S/10S (Street Index .5).

>This is my - BOOM - stick!<
>Ashe<

>Hope you can reload that thing faster than I can empty my Predator into your carcass.<
>Vixen<

>Can we say Wired Reflexes?<
>Ashe<

Firearms Accessories

Heavy Duty Shockpad
Mount: NA Conceal: NA Rating: 2 Weight: .35 Availability: 4/24 hours
Cost: 300 nuyen Street Index: 1

Just a stronger version of the same accessory seen in the Shadowrun II equipment section.

Weighted Barrel Compensator
Mount: Barrel Conceal: -1 Rating: see below Weight: see below Availability: 5/48 hours Cost: see below Street Index: 1

Rating 1: Weight - +.25; 150 nuyen
Rating 2: Weight - +.35; 200 nuyen
Rating 3: Weight - +.45; 250 nuyen
Regular recoil compensation is usually achieved by cutting small ports in the barrel to direct escaping gasses upward to counter muzzle climb. The problem with that kind of compensation is that you can't silence your weapon. That escaping gas is rather noisy. By adding a weighted extension to the end of the barrel you get the same effect as porting the barrel, and the compensator can be threaded to accept a silencer.

WAX ammo goes against Impact Armor.

>Back in the old flat movie days before special effects got really good they used to use wax slugs to simulate bullet hits. More than just red dye can be chosen, too. Makes live fire exercises more like a game that way.<
