There are two choices given. The first is the "Characters". This is a local link I made myself that will give a bio for each of the characters as best that I could. The next is who they are played by. This links you to a site which lists the actor's/actress's themself history in the entertainment business. I'll make bio's for Jim and Frank when I get the chance.
