 Bills of Interest in Ninety-Seventh Legislature (2001-2002):

     The 90 day first session of  the Ninety-seventh Nebraska Unicameral convened on January 3.  The first session should continue until late May.   We will monitor bills relating to child support or the court system on this page.

   Bill introductions (at a record pace) will continue into mid-January.  Hearings will be scheduled on many of these new bills in January and February..
