Secret of the Viking Dagger by Scarlett Ryan Foster is a great book for children in the fifth grade or older. It's about two boys who find a dagger in Michigan and wind up getting transported back in time to a Viking village. The book includes historical facts, a glossary of new terms, and a suggestion list of things for teachers to do with the children. It is available in soft cover for $7.95 and library hardcover binding for $15.95.

Guide-Lines and God-Lines for Facing Cancer by Marvyl Loree Patton is highly recommended for anyone who has cancer or knows of someone with it. This trade paperback is $13.95.

St Murphy's Commandments by Ron Birk is a cute illustrated paperback for church folks of all denominations. It is available for $8.95.

Are you Listening, Lord? by Mary Ann Kerl is a book for teenage girls to help them with feelings, friendships, loneliness, self-esteem, etc. It is a trade paperback for $6.95.

Angel on Trial by Mary Ann Kerl and Jay d'Queue (aka James D Qualben) is a humerous religious fictional book that should be taken with a grain of salt. Try to vision angels riding motorcycles trying to help others. It is a trade paperback for $13.95.

When I was First Alone by Jan Johnansen Stennes is for anyone who has lost a loved one through death or divorce. It is a hardcover for $12.95.

The Next Step by F Alvin Dungan has 366 encouraging meditations ideal for recovery from addictions. It is a trade paperback for $11.95.

The Blue Garter Club by Carol Wade Lee covers a group of college women through their lives, adoptions, losses, addicitons, and joys. It is available for $11.95.
