This program has been developed to guide first time homebuyers through the entire home purchase process. For most people buying a home is the largest investment they will ever make and the process can be both exciting and frightening. It is important to understand how to find a home, obtain a loan and maintain the home once you own it. These workshops will take you through the process step-by-step.

Participants will learn how to analyze and correct negative credit.

Workshop 3 - Understanding Basic Financial Services

Checking, savings, direct deposit - does this sound like a foreign language? You will learn the basic accounts that banks have to offer consumers like yourself.

Workshop 4 - Obtaining a Mortgage
