Copy of Confederate Service Records

Below is one of the copies (Ga. Archives), of my GGGrandfather's, (Jacob W. Cobb) Confederate service record. It shows that he was issued clothing at the General Hospital in Charlottesville, Va. on July 9, 1864. These are the type records you can expect from the National or Georgia Archives.
