Software Process Improvement Infrastructure

The software process improvement infrastucture is composed of policies, procedures, methods, tools, measurements, and training for each Process Area in the SEI CMMI. For each table entry, provide the infrastructure-PA resource by entering the site name, the name and contact information [phone and email] of the most knowledgable individual, and the management point of contact [phone and email].
