I've know some of the people on this list all my life and have gotten to
know some of you throughout the months the list has been up and running,
but .................... diseases that run in your families interest me.
Especially what diseases the members of your Oriolo lines died from.
One of my daughters was diagnosed with Graves disease last year. The
doctor says it's hereditary and someone else in the family must have had
it. I haven't been able to figure out who that someone was. So, with that
in mind I think it would be interesting to figure out if Oriolo
descendant's are more apt to inherit certain diseases.

Born in Ilion, New York in 1947 (actually lived in Frankfort, N.Y.)
Father - Joseph (Grizzuto) Grates
Occupation - machinist
Died - 1969 age 44
Cause - heart failure - also suffered from Gout
Mother - Pauline McFaul still living in Florida
I have lived in New York, California, New Jersey and now Salt Lake City, Utah
Husband of almost 32 years - Patrick Volz
Children 5 (one deceased)
> hobbies - genealogy, bell collecting, and whatever else interests me at the moment!
Grandpa Grizzuto died from heart failure - age 85
Grandma (Corrad) Grizzuto died from a growth in her stomach-age 82
They were both from Oriolo.
