Enjoy listening to "Big Bad Leroy Brown"

Hi ya'll!  My full name is "Argus von Murkastel"; but you can call me "Gus".

If ya wanna see my birthday hat and me all growed-up, click

Look I'm Kilroy   when I peek over the sofa to catch my ring Gus as Kilroy

Frisbee Animation  I'm a seven year-old GSD who is lucky to live in Colorado where the air is pure and the mountains high.  I just luv frisbee,  tether ball and playing ring.   I fool my brother, Shadow, sometimes by stealing his Kong.  He thinks I helped him find it when it was lost.  But no, I stole it.   He was a rescue dog; and if ya click on his name, ya can see his homepage too.  I'm a pretty smart cookie.  My moms have taught me over 200 human words and about 10 hand signals.  Wish they cud learn dog language faster. They're slow; but, at least, they're tryin'. Since I learned so many words, I'm kinda talkative.  My moms say I butt in too much.  Well heck, I just luv attention.  It's especially fun to win prizes.  I won Best of Show in the K-9 KAPERS contest at my mom's bank...got a BIG trophy.  I'm also pretty good in Best Trick contests; I won three of  'em.  My favorite trick is showin' my pals how to get into Heaven...got a blue ribbon for that one.  My mom's entered me in the Virtual Dog Show Spring of 1997 and I won Fifth in Breed.  (I hate to tell people this but Shadow got third place in the costume contest.)  I guess I'm just a ham at heart.  Besides, my mommies like to brag about me so they wrote a poem for me. Here it is:

There was a big dog named GUS. How big? As big as a bus!  When we go to the city, people say, "Oh, how pretty! They make a fuss over Gus."
Here are some swell pictures of me as a little tyke.  Just let me tell ya about 'em, click here
Baby GusGus @ 7 weeks

Boy it was hard to leave my mom, brothers and sisters!  WOW ! I have a big new yard with lots of this soft green stuff.  It even tastes good.

I can't believe that someone called an "Easter Bunny" brought this bucket of dog treats. Where is He now Mom?

I started to work at an early age. The newspaper is almost as big as me.

These darn ears grew too fast.  Finally, the rest of me caught up.

Look at me!  I'm a flower.    Hey Mom, this fireplace wood bin makes a great den.  Can I keep it?

Me and my best friend, Sarge, love to play.  But what's so special about The Fourth of July?  I can hear BIG BANGS!!

When I grow up I wanna be a wide receiver.  Oops, looks like I'm still a little clumsy.  I would've caught the ring if it'd been thrown higher.

I'm gettin' to be a BIG man but my Mommies still likes to cuddle.

My Mommies made me send these pictures to Grandma.

Look at all the white stuff.  I love it so I'll just grab this shovel.  Oh sure, I'm supposed to believe that a jolly, fat man and eight tiny reindeer are coming down the chimney with presents for me. What are these r\idiculous antlers for?  ARE ALL THESE PRESENTS FOR ME?

BIRTHDAYS ARE THE BEST!  Now that I know what "presents" are I can hardly wait to open them. This one smells like a bone.

Where is He, where is He?   Darn, I missed the "Easter Bunny" again. OOOOOH, these are great treats.

I love email.  I like to get more than my brother Shadow and even more than my Moms.

Just shake my paw and tell me how ya like my page

What big teeth I have! Now I can catch that ring.

This is me now, at five years old. I still have a lot of living to do so keep watching.
