Business competitive advantages can not be fully understood and known when a project is started unless little or no significant gain is anticipated or wanted within the business. RRE guides the discovery of significant business and technical competitive advantages which require a significant gain in both business processes and the use of technical processes and software development.

Business processes provided through RRE are critical to the business. The technology provided is critical to the current business processes and to the future technology needed by a corporation.

Concurrence with alternatives and direction of investigation is important. Discoveries for business process or system support are demonstrated and capitalized upon at each step of the development. The proof of concept becomes the key focal point meaningfully advancing the concept of confirmation signatures.
