Please allow us to introduce you more fully to our church activities.  Know that you are welcome to visit any of our services or any of the other ministries of the church.

Our teens enjoy a mid-week time of fellowship and Bible study each Wednesday evening.  They are also afforded opportunities for fellowship and fun in local, area-wide, state-wide, and national youth activities.

Believing in the importance of reaching young children for Christ, we endeavor to do so through JOY Clubs.  These are held every Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.  In addition, yearly Daily Vacation Bible Schools are held during one week of the summer.

Our "senior  saints" play an active role in the life of our church.  Once a month they meet for a breakfast or luncheon fellowship.  They also have periodic travel outings.

We believe the Bible must be central to everything we do.  We seek to understand the Bible so that it touches our lives and penetrates our hearts.  Nowhere is this more evident than in our services, where the Word of God is always proclaimed.

Music plays an important role in the ministry of First Baptist Church.  We have a variety of opportunities to participate in a musical ministry, whether in choir, vocal small group, solo,  orchestra, instrumental small group or solo, or keyboard.

Our message is the message of the Bible.  Central to it is the vital importance of receiving the free gifts of forgiveness, reconciliation, and eternal life through trusting in Jesus Christ who bore our punishment for sin on the cross.
