GOD'S WAY OF SALVATION
God's way of Salvation
is first and foremost a personal relationship between you and
Jesus. Salvation can be summarized in words but can only be realized by a
face to face encounter with Him. He stands with open arms to
receive you, not just for a while, but for all eternity.

GOD'S WAY OF SALVATION
You can condense the Good News of salvation into four points, each
beginning with the letter S.
1. SIN-- The Bible says every person on earth is a sinner, because
no one can measure up to God's standard of perfect holiness and
righteousness.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
2. SEPARATION-- Your sin has separated you from God. The ultimate
consequence of sin is death--physical and spiritual separation from God for
all eternity.
"But your iniquities have separated between you and you God, and your sins
have hidden his face from you, that he will not hear." (Isaiah 59:2)
"For the wages of sin is death..." (Romans 6:23)
3. SOLUTION-- God has solved the problem of our sin and separation,
by sending His Son to die on the cross in atonement for our sins.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
4.--SALVATION-- You can receive God's gift of salvation by repenting
of your sins (asking forgiveness for them) and accepting Jesus Christ as
your personal Lord and Savior.
"...The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye,
and believe the gospel." (Mark 1:15)
"...If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe
in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
(Romans 10:9)
God's way of Salvation is first and foremost a personal
relationship with you. Salvation can be summarized in words but can
only be realized by a face to face encounter with Jesus. He
stands with open arms to receive you, not just for a while, but for all eternity.
Your New Life, that is God's
gift to you for all eternity, begins when you pray and ask Jesus to be the
Lord (Boss) of your life. Eternal life in Heaven is never defined in
the Bible as something EVERYONE receives. It is for those who "call
upon the Lord" in faith and obedience, believing that Jesus alone can save
them from their sin and give to them ETERNAL LIFE in the presence of God.
This is a "radical" claim. One of the reasons Jesus was crucified
is that the religious leaders thought his claims to be equal with God were
blasphemous. His Resurrection proved that He was right and they were
wrong. Please don't put off the most important decision you can ever make.
Ask Jesus into your heart. The following prayer can guide you
in making your request to God. You will never regret it!
Remember: It is appointed once for man to die and then the judgement
(Hebrews
9:27-28). To those who have reconciled their lives with God
their reward is Heaven. To those who ignore God's plan, their eternity
is with the Devil and his angels in Hell
(Matthew
13: 41-43).
Prayer for
Salvation
"Heavenly
Father,
I
come to you in the name of your only Son, Jesus.
I
come acknowledging my mistakes and human limitations.
I
realize I can never be good enough to earn my way into your family.
My
sins have eternally separated me from you.
So,
I thank you that you sent Jesus to pay for my sin which has
separated
me from you and
doomed
me to a Devil's Hell apart from you.
I
thank you that by calling out to you and
accepting
Jesus as my new 'Way' of life,
that
you promise me forgiveness and
a
new plan for my life.
Along
with the forgiveness of my sins and a new purpose for living I also
thankfully
receive your gift of Eternal Life.
I
am looking forward to the supernatural way in which you will now be working
through me to do your will and to
share
your plan of salvation to those you bring into my life. I realize
I
have a lot to learn, but much
as
a little child learns from obeying his or her parents, I now want to learn
from you, through the
truth
of the Bible,
how
to live as a Christian.
Thank
you for Saving my soul and
giving
to me the gift of eternal life.
I
Pray this Prayer to you,
my
Heavenly Father,
in
the name of your Son, Jesus.
Thank
you for your promise that
you
will never leave or forsake me!"
AMEN!"

us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ."
