Somethings up!

Ron Rieman is the Builder of this "Daily
Driver".
After deciding that his '66 with the Toro was too rusty, he transplanted
it to this 1963. Nobody told him it was a combination that few have succeeded
in completing!
The 1974 Olds Toronado is now a 460" Monster ! Head porting, Cam , etc.

A daily driver! Notice the spare
|
With Teflon bushings in the Arms, this
car goes straight and HARD! You'll notice there is NO swaybar in the back...but
a large diameter one is in front! This allows the car to handle very well
for a ToroVair !
The LM arms were atttached to the EM body by "custom fabbed body contour
pieces" with matching inner piece and BOLTED !

Back seat still fits!
|
As you see the Back seat still fits, even using the Olds waterpump. A "tilt steering column" as well as a floor mounted "cable shifter" with Vega Buckets make this a comfortable driver.

The '66 rear suspension is un-modifyed
except to shorten the "propeller shafts" 7 inches ,along with the "lower
control arms"
Notice the adjuster nut..no need to weld, just cut and thread!
69 Impala rear coil springs are used as well as '69 Chevy Van FRONT BRAKES
[on the rear] that had the Emergency brake added.
