Thank you for your interest. My Waterfront condo is located at 58th Street overlooking Fager's Island Lagoon & The Bay. There are many places to eat & things to do for the whole family within walking distance. Located only 2 blocks from the ocean/beach. The Bus Stop is just one block away and for only $2.00 you can ride all day. An Outdoor pool is open during the summer season. There is a wood burning fireplace for romantic winter evenings. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. We have ample parking space in our private parking lot.
