V3.051 Changes - 14 Feb 1999
Version 3.051 is the same executable as 3.05, however the installation has been fixed to now install the help files.
V3.05 Changes - 23 Jan 1999
Version 3.05 allows the user to associate Startup and Shutdown logos to a Desktop Theme as well as independantly apply them to the Windows environment. A bug in the Active Desktop page has also been fixed.
V3.04 Changes - 17 Jan 1999
Version 3.04 allows multiple selecting in all list boxes for quicker editing. You can delete multiple selections and apply one change to multiple selections. Also fixes a bug in the "clear" button which used to hang Theme Studio sometimes.
V3.03 Changes
Version 3.03 allows direct editing of the file paths for the wallpaper, screensaver, icons, cursors and sound files, and automatically configures the Windows directory setting in the "Options" tab for Theme Studio.
V3.00 Changes
Version 3.00 allows the user to view jpeg images, tidies up the interface, fixes yet more little bugs (there can't be any bugs left now! surely?)
V2.51 Changes
Version 2.51 fixes bugs in the "Collate" function which did not move the Web View images to the new directory. It also adds the ability to place a copy of the Theme file in the themes route directory, with error checking and the option to over-write old files.
V2.50 Changes
Version 2.50 is now fully compliant with Plus! 98 standards with icons for My Documents, Web View images for active desktop, colour selection for active desktop, improved file navigation, and some minor interface bugs have been fixed (greying buttons etc.). All the fixes for version 2.01 are still included as well as the custom installation. The download filename has NOT changed so as not to disrupt any hyperlinks already in existance.
V2.01 Changes
Errors with the installation have been reported and I will look into this although I think it is a DLL file movement error. A new installation version has been posted with the option to NOT install the DLL files. The required files are "mscvrt.dll" and "mfc42.dll".
Unfortunately I do not have enough room to put them up as a seperate ZIP file, sorry.
Theme Studio 98 V2.01 is a slightly improved version than 2.0. It now accepts HTML as a background image and the installation has been altered to allow custom installations to help overcome a reported installation error. My thanks to all testers out there who help evaluate and improve the product.
