• How long will it take to get my order?
  We will email a jpg image as a proof to you within a couple of days of receiving your order. After you approve it, the production time varies between 5 - 10 business days. Once your order is shipped (by Priority Mail with a tracking number provided), it will take an additional 2 - 4 days to arrive, depending on where you live. Very large orders can take longer - please call or email for time estimate. If you need a rush order, don't hesitate to ask. Many times we can accommodate such requests. You are always welcome to call or email for a more accurate estimate of how long your order will take.
  
  
• Minimum order
  for Photo Party Favors is 10. (All orders that contain your photo). There must be at least 10 bookmarks or 2x3 magnets or round keyrings, etc. ordered from the same photo and using the same design and personalization.
  
  Minimum for all "Year You Were Born" bookmarks (or class reunion, anniversary, etc.) is 25.
  
  When ordering 4x6 or 5x7 photo cards with envelopes, the minimum order is 25.
  
  There is no minimum on Build-A-Button orders (when ordering round magnets, buttons, key rings or mirrors with your personalization and one of our backgrounds, but containing NO photo).
  
  
• Email your photo
  to PhotoPartyFavors@aol.com with "photo for order" or something similar in the subject line. If you are emailing a photo taken by a digital camera, please do NOT do anything to edit, change, crop or resize the photo. It should be sent just as it was when it came out of the camera. Digital photos must be at least 1200 x 1800 pixels (or the equivalent of 16.6 x 25 inches at 72 dpi), taken by a 3 megapixel or higher camera. Photos taken by camera phone are not high enough quality for reproduction.
  
  If you are scanning photos to email to us, make sure that they are a minimum of 4 x 6 inches at 300 dpi and saved at the highest quality, lowest compression jpg. If someone scans a photo for you, please ask them to scan it at full size at 300 dpi. If you don't know how to make sure your scanner is set to scan at 300 dpi, then click on the help file in your scanner software for instructions. Do not scan the entire scanning bed, but just the photo. Don't send us your photo as an image within a document (such as Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint etc.), but only as a jpg image file.
  
  Please send your photo or photos as an email attachment, and not in the body of the email itself (many email programs will resize photos to be smaller to fit inside the email). Your email program will have a button that says "attach" or "attachments" or a paper clip (in Outlook Express) or something similar. Click on that, navigate to where you have your photo stored, and click OK.
  
  Please include in the email with your photo the following information: your name, shipping address, phone number (in case we have any questions), what you're ordering, how many, the design name, ribbon color (if ordering bookmarks), the last possible date you need it by, the personalization desired, and confirmation that you have mailed (or will be mailing within the next 24-48 hours) your check made payable to Linda Kling. When you mail your check, please reference the above information (name, address, personalization, design name, etc.) or include the filled out order form, so we know which order the check belongs to.
  
  
• Always include a phone number, address and email address in case we have any questions about your order. We must have your email address to email you a proof of your order (when ordering photo party favors). We don't send your order to production until you approve the "proof", so please don't forget your email address!
  
  
• If you are considering mailing or emailing us a photo taken by a professional photographer at a photo studio, you must first obtain written permission from the photographer or studio, and mail or email us a copy of that permission with the photo. These photos are copyrighted and we are not legally able to reproduce them without written permission from the photographer. Most photographers are happy to grant this permission, so don't hesitate to ask.
  
  
• SAMPLE of a past Photo Party Favor order can be obtained if you send an SASE with $2, which will be refunded (minus postage) with your order. You may specify which design sample you wish to receive. A sample of a Photo Card or Invitation may be obtained for a refundable $3. Please indicate the design name and size (4 x 6 or 5 x 7) for photo card samples
  
  
  
• Build-A-Button, Make-A-Magnet Orders
  When ordering one or an assortment of Build-A-Button items (round magnets, buttons, keyrings or mirrors with your quote or personalization, your choice of one of our backgrounds, and NO photo), list each item separately - specifying
  1. the quotation or saying (including personalization),
  2. the name of the background,
  3. how many of each, and
  4. the item being ordered (magnet, button, keyring or mirror).
  
  Please email us your Build-A-Button order with the above information, your name, address, phone number, email address, when you need it by, and confirmation that you have mailed (or will be mailing within the next 24-48 hours) your check made payable to Linda Kling.
  
  
• Do NOT make checks out to Photo Party Favors. They will be returned, which will increase the time it takes to complete your order. Checks must be made payable to Linda Kling.
  
  
• The shipping rates are for the continental U.S. only. We occasionally ship large orders outside the continental U.S. If you are interested in placing an order and live outside the continental United States, please call or email first for prices, time required, and availability.
