Welcome to Portsmouth Fools and Heroes Live Role Playing. We are part of a large national live role playing organisation. Our branch is based just outside of Portsmouth and runs adventures on the 3rd Sunday of every month.

If you are new to Live Role playing I suggest you pop over to our central branch which has some excellent information. If you are interested in joining Portsmouth Branch read on!

Portsmouth Branch has been in existance for some years now and has grown into a very friendly and experienced group (Some of our members have been playing for 15+ years!). We run adventures on the 3rd Sunday of each month at Creech woods in Denmead, a few miles outside of Portsmouth. You do not need any special costume or weapons to start with but we do advise strong clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. If you can get it to look reasonably historic even better! An old plain sweatshirt and dark jogging bottoms are ideal. Strong foot wear is also recommended. New members get the first adventure free after that you will have to join Fools and Heroes which costs only £10.00 for a years membership. Feel free to chat on our notice board if you would like more information: Noticeboard

Directions to the site.

From the A3(M) take the Waterlooville junction which meets the B2150. Head towards Waterlooville on the B2150. After about 300 meters you'll reach a roundabout follow this ahead (2nd exit). Follow the road up the hill past the cemetery to a set of traffic lights just before another roundabout (there will be a shopping precinct on the left). Take the first exit toward Denmead (still the B2150). You'll go down the hill past a car park to another roundabout. Take the 2nd exit still toward Denmead / Denmead pottery. After the roundabout keep in the left lane. At the next roundabout go ahead (2nd exit). Continue for about a mile until you reach another roundabout and turn left (1st exit toward Denmead pottery) into Forest Road. Follow this for about 1/2 mile until you reach the first of two roundabouts turn left at the first one (Bunkers Hill) toward Southwick. (You should pass a little fruit stall in someones garden on your left if you have the right one). Creech Woods are about 200 metres up this road on the left. There is a track into the car park with an open gate. Be aware that the road in to the car park is very rutted.
