"Cousins"

Well now, I never did meet the current pet "cousins" but
Samantha met "jacksagoodboy" pictured on the left. He's
a Cocker Spaniel and in that picture he is valiantly awash
in Minnesota snow--though pretty, he is actually fighting
his way back into his home and hoping he won't get lost.

jacksagoodboy also had a cat living with him. I'm
surely not going to say anything "bad" about this
cat! He's here with me now and I don't speak ill
of the elderly. Sampson lived 19 1/2 years. 19 1/2!!!!

This is Sampson at 18.
On July 11, 1996 "Sampson" went
home. He was 19 1/2 years old and
deeply loved. His habits and his
personality livened up his home.
He is missed not only by his human
family, but by the dog who shared
the home with him: "jacksagoodboy."

Welcome, "Nico," the newest member of the cousins in my Mom's and Dad's family. His head alone is bigger than any of us Dachshunds could dream of being.
		Born in summer of 2000, Nico is just a puppy in this picture with Aimée Angelique, the little girl he loves and watches out for. Nico is a true Rottweiler of German origins. Photographs taken in January 2001
