Rates Vary with length of stay and season

November 1- May 15th: $450 per week, or $150 per weekend (2 night minimum stay) Excluding holiday period.

May 16-Ocotber 31: $650 per week or $250 per weekend (2 night minimum stay) 

Holiday Rates:  December 24-January 1; February 13-21: $550 per week, or $200 per weekend (2 night minimum stay)

(Prices valid through Dec.15, 2004)

Special rates are available for monthly rental, and phone or internet service is available at an additional cost.
